ORDER PROCESS

Step 1: Choose the Desired Package
Determine the story you want to tell. Decide on how many photos you would like to include in your slideshow design. Choose the best package that suits the number of photos you’ve provided (Basic, Deluxe, or Premiere).
Step 2: Photo Selection & Arrangement
Consider the order in which the photos will appear. Do you want your photos to appear in chronological order or random order? If you’d like them to appear in a certain order, please number each photo with a sticky post-it note on the back. VERY CAREFULLY, write the number on the back of each photo with a pencil (01, 02 etc.). Be very careful not to press too hard on the photo to avoid damage. All printed photos will need to be scanned into our system as a digital file for an additional fee. If you are using digital photos, please change all the names of the photo files to be the number of the photos itself. (Example 01 .jpg, 02. jpg, 03. jpg etc.). After submitting the order form, you will have the option to upload files to our email. If you are using both digital and printed photos, please let us know during the order process.
Step 3: Music & Video Selection
All of A & B Design Creations, Inc.’s. slideshow packages include music. Each package includes a certain number of songs per each amount of photos. Additional songs, more than provided in the package, are $1.50 each. All music purchased by A & B Design Creations, Inc. has been obtained legally from legitimate online sites and purchased within copyrights laws. We also have hundreds of royalty free music at our disposal. If you own the music we may include it at no charge in your design. We cannot accept Home-copied music CD’s or files. Please comply with all copyright laws on the music and files you send to us. To avoid any copyright issues, all music must be purchased. If you are not authorized to use the music, we can purchase it for you. Upon completion of your design, your music will be returned or will be deleted.
Step 4: Order Form
Complete the online form. Add any additional extras to your order (Title text, Photo caption, Special Text and Graphical Images, Video clip, Voice-Over narration, End of show credits, etc.).
Step 5: Sending all Items
We fully understand how important your cherished items are to you. This is why we recommend that you wrap your photos and other items in plastic before placing them in the box you are going to ship them in. This will help protect them against moisture and dust. Use a sturdy box that won’t crush easily. Your local post office provides priority mail cardboard boxes free of charge and they work very well. FedEx also provides boxes free of charge at any local Kinko’s or FedEx shipping retailer. Please do not send your personal item via regular mail. We strongly recommend that you use services that provide a tracking system and confirmation of delivery. We recommend that you use reputable parcel services like (USPS, FEDEX, UPS, DHL, ETC.). While your most precious items are in our possession, we will handle them with the utmost care. We guarantee your photos will be returned to you in the same condition as we received them. However, we cannot control what happens during the shipping process. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for any damages to your personal items during shipping.
Step 6: Processing Your Order
Once we receive your order via e-mail or mail delivery, we will either e-mail, text, or call you to inform you that your material has arrived. We will then review it, contact you with the final proposal, and go over any questions,  concerns, special requests, etc. From start to completion of your project, we are committed to working with you step by step for as long as it takes to make your special memories PERFECT. An online preview and proof allows our clients to review their nearly-completed montage before it is finalized. We will provide you with a link and send you an email with instructions on how to view it. We will make any requested changes. Once the slideshow design is reviewed and/or approved, the final product will be produced. Please note that the first online preview and change is FREE. Any additional previews and changes thereafter are $10. From the date we receive your materials, it typically takes 10-15 business days to complete your design, plus shipping time.
Step 7: Final Production and Payment Process
Once we have completed your slideshow design, all outstanding balances must be settled prior to the shipping of any materials or the issuance of the FLASH DRIVE  to the customers. We take every precaution when it comes to your personal possessions. We will ship all of your personal material and your new slideshow back to you via U.S. postal service priority mail, overnight express mail, or certified mail with return receipt requested.
